We're a family-run business based in Mission, British Columbia.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Free local pickup is available in Mission, BC.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We offer tracked shipping.
When will my order be ready?
Our standard turnaround time is roughly 5-7 business days.
For customs, the TAT begins after all mockups have been approved and details have been confirmed with you.
If you need something sooner, please contact us! We always do our best to accommodate rush orders when it is possible.
Custom Orders
Can I use my own designs or logo?
Yes! You can use your own design or logo. For the best printing results, high-quality files with a transparent background are preferred.
IIf you're unsure if your file will work, send it to us and we will check it out.
Can I get ANYTHING made?
Almost anything! We love bringing your ideas to life, whether they're funny, sentimental, or totally wild.
We're totally fine with adult humour, crude jokes, swear words and R-rated designs.
However we do have a few boundaries.
We will not create anything with designs that promote hate, discrimination or harassment. This includes hate speech and hate symbols, racism, homophobia.
We reserve the right to decline designs that don't align with our values.
Can I see how it looks before it's made?
Every time!
For customs we make sure to get your approval on mockups before printing anything.
Please carefully check that the spelling, colours, placement, size and any other details look correct.
Can you create a design for me?
Absolutely! Please reach out to us with your ideas. We love helping with this proces.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts on qualifying orders. If you're ordering for a business, school, team, event or large group, contact us for a quote.
Do you work with schools, teams and businesses?
We do! We offer custom apparel and other merchandise for schools, PACs, sports teams, non profits, businesses and more.
Do you have fundraising options?
Yes we do! Create a fundraiser with us with absolutely NO cost upfront. Sell anything from clothing, to water bottles, bags and more. We handle everything from creating the order form, to accepting and making the orders.

Are there any specific care instructions?
To help your apparel last as long as possible, we recommend
- Wash inside out
- Cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
Can I return my order?
Since custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are generally considered final sale. Because of this, please double check your mockups before approving them.
If we've made an error or something is defective, please contact us. We will make sure it is fixed. We want you to love your order!
